Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you and your pup to love your DinoSnug hoodie. If it isn't right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

How to start a return

1. Email us through our contact page with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) with the return address and instructions.
3. Send the item back unworn, unwashed and with its original tags.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is checked, we refund the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Wrong size?

Need a different size or colour? Tell us when you contact us and we'll help you swap it.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Buy 2, save €10 orders

If you return one hoodie from a bundle order, the refund is the price you paid for that hoodie minus its share of the €10 bundle saving.

Your EU rights

This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases in the EU.
